TORO Spinach soup with buttered spinach and boiled egg

If you like more vegetables in soup, it tastes gorgeous with a mixture of diced seeded tomato, corn, and minced red onions.

This is another super easy recipe idea from TORO super healthy with tons of spinach and only 20 minutes until dinner!

1. Prepare the spinach soup as directed on the package.

2. Boil water and boil eggs to the desired consistency: Softboiled 5-6 min, medium 6-8 minutes or hard boiled 8-10 minutes.

*, bring eggs and water to a roaring boil then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the pan for the times mentioned.

3. Heat cooking oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Have the spinach, stir well all the time during frying until spinach collapses. Stir in butter and taste with salt and pepper.

4. Serve the soup in deep bowls and place spinach on top with quarters of boiled egg.

Ingredients
(4 servings)

1 bag of TORO creamed spinach soup mix

8 dl of water (just under  4 cups)  *remember a dl is in between a US 1/3 and 1/2 cup

2 dl milk (shy 1 cup)

4 eggs

4 tablespoons cooking oil

1 bag of spinach, trimmed & washed

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Season with salt and pepper
