European Soup Mixes- The Joy!

Why is it that companies in Europe are so good at making dried soup mixes? Tomato that actually tastes like the ones I remember from my grandmothers garden. Mushroom soups that you can tell the different variety of mushrooms used in a blend. Pea soups that are creamy and thick with peas- and flavor!

Besides tomato (with or without the macaroni) my favorites are the Norwegian fish soups. Don't go ewww! I know you most likely enjoy oyster stew or clam chowder. Fish soup is just as wonderful. The best I've had so far are from Toro brand of Norway.
