Older Viscosity

F’ me...WOW! Aroma of bourbon, wood, dark fruit, molasses, fig & cocoa. Pours Snipes Black with rich chocolatey head. Mouthfeel is warm, oily, and sticky. Taste is deep bourbon, molasses, wood, malts, and strong alcohol finish. Sweet up front, and bit dry and slight bitterness on the end. Tasted from the bottle @ 60F. This beer rocks!Don’t be stupid about it. If you find it, buy it.

The color is black like asphalt and the aroma is an uncompromising malty nose with dark caramel and chocolate overtones.
--
The barrel aging provides hints of vanilla and American oak. The flavor begins with a coating of rich malts and dark chocolate and finishes in a dry bitter-sweetness balanced by the firm bitterness of roasted dark malts.
