Olive Tuiles switching sugar for savory

These are nice with a good salt crystal type cheese like an Aged Gouda or Cougar Gold from the WSU Creamery.
12 large pitted black or green olives
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 cup flour
3 egg whites
pinch of salt









To sum it up:
1. Slice olives and bake at 325 for 5-7 min
2. Mix butter and flour w/mixer then add egg, mustard, and salt. Mix 1-2 min.
3. Line baking sheets w/ parchment paper. Drop 2 tsp. batter, flatten, and top w/ olive.
4. Bake 20 min, rotating halfway through. Transfer while still warm
