I'll bet the other two are saffron and vanilla bean. Don't buy the bleached or white cardamon, because- well yuck who wants bleached spices? True cardamom is green. There is also a black variety of cardamom which has a smoky flavor with camphor notes.
In the Middle East cardamom is mixed with green coffee beans. I had a friend who was from Sudan and she put cardamom in her tea, which was very yummy and smelled heavenly!
