Dutch Stroopwafel dipped in Freia milk chocolate (Freia Melkesjokolade)



For a fantastic Mother's Day treat and to throw any notion of calories or carbs out the window I urge you to melt a Freia milk chocolate (Freia melkesjokolade)bar and dip a stroopwafel into it. Let it dry for a bit on waxed paper then eat it with a great cup of coffee.


This is a blending of foods (yes, IMO these are foods!) from two of my favorite countries Holland and Norway. For more on stroopwafels see the post from Monday, April 28, 2008.
